If you have adjusted your configuration as described before and you still cannot login to CustomerCenter,
please check your browsers settings for cookies.
Proceed as follows to check the cookie settings in Internet Explorer:
Start Internet Explorer and go to item Tools | Internet Options
Choose the tab "Privacy"
Here you will find the paragraph "Sites"
Click the button "Settings"
Enter the address of CustomerCenter in the appropriate input box:
and click the button "Add"
Close all windows by clicking "OK"
